Like the title says, this is just a publication outlining the most basic of automotive electrical testing for the sake of diagnosis and repair. I have posted this as a reference point for future use in helping forum members troubleshoot various electrical issues they may be having. While perhaps not all of the information contained in the publication is relevant to diesels specifically, much of it is quite universal for most vehicles.
